How To Plan My Time Well?

Time planning is the main thing that pushes you to success. Therefore, in this blog, I’m going to share 3 tips that help you plan your time wisely.

  • Understand Your Time Spend



    • Track how much time you use to complete each task. You can use a stopwatch instead of a timer to track your time spent so that you can know whether the time has to be shortened or not.
    • Identify your peak energy times. Find out the period in a day that you feel most energized and schedule your important or harder tasks in that period.

  • Set Goals


    • Set goals based on SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bounded).
      • Eg: "Study 3 sub-topic in Chapter 3" is better than "Study Chapter 3"
    • Create a To-Do List every day. Plan from main goal to sub-goals then insert sub-goals into the To-Do List.

  • Reflect Yourself



    • Regularly reflect on your time spent and time management at the end of the day to know where you can shorten the time usage to make yourself do things more efficiently. 

    *Ps: Learn to say "No". Do not be afraid to say "No" to requests that do not align with your priorities so that you can use that time to do more stuff that is more valuable to you.*
